Subcontractors have been stuck managing bids with manual bid boards and seeking out vendors to bid on projects with static contact databases, none of which are built for preconstruction. Hours are spent manually creating and updating spreadsheets, and keeping track of projects, files, and deadlines. Time is in short supply for subcontractors already, and the inefficiencies of a manual bid board and static contact databases only add to the problem. There is a better way. Bid Board Pro and BC Pro, the all-in-one preconstruction solution built for subcontractors. In this class, we’ll walk you through Bid Board Pro and BC Pro to show you how our online bid board for subcontractors—Bid Board Pro—lets you track bid invites, projects, who’s working on what, and due dates across the entire office. You’ll see how it reduces manual entry, and dynamically analyzes performance to bid smarter and secure desired work, faster. You’ll also see how BC Pro enables streamlined bid management from start to finish.
