About the speakers
Chay Carter is Senior Vice President overseeing Creative Content and Brand Partnerships at Artists Equity, an independent studio that prioritizes and empowers creators across media, founded by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in 2022. Carter is an award-winning producer with over 20 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, known for the highly-acclaimed film Argo. She has been involved in philanthropy and humanitarian efforts with a focus on children for many years in addition to mentoring students. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and is Chair of the Entertainment, Sports, and Creative Collective for NCMEC.
Hansjeet Duggal is Head of Visual Effects at Artists Equity. He is a luminary in the realm of visual effects, blending classical Disney animation style with cutting-edge technology to craft enchanting narratives. Born and raised in India, has honed his craft under the mentorship of Disney animators, imbibing the artistry and magic that defined Disney's timeless classics. Some of the movies he has worked on are Air, Wonder Woman, Bliss, Marisol, I Got a Monster, and Circus Sam.
