About the speaker 

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark Dyke is a professor, consultant, speaker, therapist, and business owner. As a professor at Ferris State University, in the Construction Technology and Management Program, he is teaching and training the next generation of construction professionals using the same skills and abilities that made him successful in the construction industry. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan, he provides mental health training and services in a variety of areas through his private practice. He has taken his passion for helping others and his experience in construction and combined them to address the issue of mental health in the industry.
