Connected Preconstruction: BuildingConnected Workflows in Autodesk Forma

BuildingConnected has long been the backbone for bid management and subcontractor qualification at Miller Davis. As early beta users, Miller Davis has worked closely with Autodesk to test workflows that bring BuildingConnected into Autodesk Forma alongside Autodesk Forma Takeoff and Autodesk Forma Estimate. The Miller Davis team will share how Forma Bid helps reduce tool fragmentation and keeps preconstruction work connected within a single environment. We'll discuss lessons learned from early adoption, and we'll walk through familiar workflows reimagined in Forma including RFP management, multiple proposals per project, bidder recommendations, qualification insights, bid leveling, and flexible reporting. The Autodesk product team will join to support the discussion.
