I don't know how many Autodesk University classes I've attended over the last 7 years, but each year I usually find myself in at least a couple where IT becomes the root of the discussions. Users and management express frustration when talking about software/hardware, upgrades, and incident management with the IT department. IT also has challenges with incomplete information or requirements definitions from its users. But nearly always the discussion is about communication. In fact, most implementation failures or disappointments boil down to a lack of simple communication (listening skills), understanding perspective, and goals. This talk is your chance to get access to an IT professional with many successes and service strategies who will help you begin to make a change for yourself and your company.
