Product lifecycle management (PLM) projects involve many people who have different competencies and goals for the project.  Gathering relevant data about your business processes can be one of the most difficult tasks for the consultant helping you build your system.  You will learn what information is and is not important for preparing for a successful Fusion Lifecycle implementation.  You will be provided tips on how to see the end goal and understand the implementation process.  You will receive the knowledge necessary to be prepared before, during, and after the implementation from both an implementer’s stance and an end user through a customer case study.  You will become knowledgeable on what data is valuable to prepare and provide to your consultant before and during implementation and then see these items related back to the functionality in PLM.  In the end, you will know what information you should seek to provide to enable your consultant to deliver a Fusion Lifecycle solution that fits your business needs.
