During this session, we'll explore from an owner's perspective how we're collaborating with our contractors using Autodesk Forma. We'll discuss lessons learned, how we overcame difficulties, and how we've laid out groundwork for continued and increased collaboration in future projects. Transitioning to Forma has allowed for processes to become more efficient, but it has also shown gaps where new checks were implemented to ensure delivery of a quality product.
