This session will show you how our architectural firm uses different aspects of Autodesk Build before and during construction. We'll cover how our firm went from a dual-input, multiprogram workflow to using Autodesk Build for specific field workflows. We'll cover the tools we use in Autodesk Build and how we use custom forms and reports to get the output to look the way we want it to look. By using Autodesk Build workflows, we'll explain how we became more efficient in capturing data, and how we get the appropriate information into the hands of our construction partners in hours instead of days.

We will present with our customer Haas an integrated workflow from the configurator, an automated detailed design process in Revit to fabrication and the construction site. This digital process allows prospects to visually configure and calculate any residential or family timber house. These visualization of the customer's request via the house configurator leads to a faster and high-quality discussion with the customer. Seamless transition from configuration to design in Autodesk Revit ensures that no extra detail design work must be carried out manually. That model is transferred into the fabrication process and finally all data is leveraged via BIM360/ACC BUILD on construction sites for project and quality management and daily logs.

There was a time not long ago that architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) was one of the lowest-ranked industries for adoption of technology. We won't go so far as to say that AEC has become a high-tech industry—but it is surely on its way. We've seen a massive increase in the available tech across design and construction. We find ourselves dealing with multiple tech providers, constantly changing products, and implementation after implementation with our employees. For the people focused on technology, it is manageable. For field staff, preconstruction teams, and everyone else, it can be a lot to handle and take in. We spend all this time implementing a solution, and a year later a new one comes along that we're expected to learn. Managing this with our teams has been a real challenge, and it isn't going away anytime soon. In this session, we'll showcase the workflows we use with the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform on large health projects, including a full end-to-end example of how data is used from Model Checker for Revit, Navisworks 2024 with no file management clash runs, and Autodesk Construction Cloud issue creation, as well as tracking scope changes in models using Autodesk Takeoff. As teams work in Revit, data updates are automatically passed to a central database, combined with Autodesk Construction Cloud data, and then sent back to Autodesk Construction Cloud as additional Insight Dashboards integrated with existing data to simplify and highlight trends in clashes, and scope changes during the tendering and construction phase. We will also present some additional tools we've been using to close resolved clash issues automatically. And we'll show our additional Revit building information modeling (BIM) file which contains zones, levels, and rooms to support tracked changes to scope in takeoff with data trending. Finally, we will present a simple way to extract all parameters using Autodesk Construction Cloud asset model extraction for handover.
