The construction industry has a reputation for not embracing or accepting new ideas and business practices. The goal of this session is to dispel this myth and these stereotypes. Autodesk University has always been a safe place to discuss diversity and inclusion. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, the speaker is proposing a roundtable discussion on how LGBTQ+ people can be better represented in construction and the construction industry.
