Description
Dome Construction's transition to Forma Build wasn't planned; it was driven by clients. As owners across Life Sciences, Technology, and Foodtech began requiring Autodesk Build, the question quickly shifted from if to how fast. Leadership set a two-year mandate. This session shares Dome's real journey from pilot to rollout: uncovering platform gaps, navigating commercial strategy, and building a change approach grounded in "doing it right." Instead of rushing, Dome adopted a Lean mindset (go slow to go fast) waiting for field readiness before go-live. Through close collaboration with Autodesk, Dome is shaping a practical, experiential roadmap for contractors facing similar mandates, backed by real lessons and early results from live projects.
