This session will focus through an Infrastructure lens on how to navigate these large scale, multi-disciplinary projects. Utilising Forma, we have to manage multiple stakeholders and consultancies with thousands of deliverables to constrained timeframes. Learn how we developed tools to decrease deliverable output times by 60%, created workflows to simplify coordination with other teams using Autodesk products and used live collaboration with Autodesk themselves to streamline solutions whilst live on the project. We will give you the blueprint on digital delivery with your own mega project.
