The CAD Manager Wishlist—The 2020 Hindsight Edition

After a one-year hiatus, the CAD manager wish list is back, with a focus on the unique challenges that 2020 has presented fellow CAD managers. Did you have to switch your staff to a work-from-home environment? How did you handle it? What would you do differently in the future? How could you be better prepared if there’s a next time?
