By using the Construction Cloud Issues tool alongside references, forms, and documentation, teams can structure requests for change (RFCs), flag project risks, and capture value opportunities. Paired with Construction Cloud Data Exchange and Power BI, issue data becomes a strategic resource for visualizing scope creep, managing QTOs from 2D/3D applied to linear infrastructures and bridges through various file formats, carbon emission, and making informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle. The session will highlight how issue-centered workflows can drive clarity, reduce delays, and strengthen governance.
