    Description

HVAC Solution is a schematic simulation tool used to determine and size HVAC components used in your Revit software projects. It also serves has a guide to help you connect your Revit software objects in the right order. Start off your project by choosing our Microsoft® Windows®-based drag-and-drop technology to lay out your project or begin by using one of our numerous wizards. Answer questions and build your air, hydronic hot and chilled water, steam, and control systems. Our intelligent objects and systems allow you to run what If scenarios and perform all the necessary HVAC system calculations. Once systems are created and calculated, you automatically select equipment from many of the equipment manufacturers in the HVAC industry. After all the equipment capacities have been determined, the schedules and schematics can be imported into Revit using the new Revit Add-in feature or you can map and transfer the data into the corresponding Revit families and automatically get your schedules created in Revit.

    Key Learnings

    • Import a gbXML file from a loads program (Trane, Carrier, Elite CHVAC ) into HVAC Solution
    • Build your air handlers, airflow, hydronic, steam, and control schematics and optimize and run simulations on your systems
    • Automatically select equipment from HVAC manufacturers that meet capacities and create equipment and control schedules, BOMs and, DXF™ files
    • Use our Revit add-in to import your schedules and schematics into Revit MEP or place your data into Revit families
