As the definition of Building Information Modeling (BIM) evolves and becomes a better-known and established collaboration process in the building design and construction industry, owners increasingly require BIM services from construction managers, architects, and engineering firms. AE/C/CM firms are investing in BIM technologies to help them during bidding, preconstruction, construction, and post-construction. Attendees learn methods and best practices for managing BIM information flows from design phases to building maintenance through a series of scenario-based presentations and case studies.
