Description
During this class the participants will learn about the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes designed and implemented by Egis Group for highways and road design. The class will focus on the standardization of design and collaboration in infrastructure projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Through relevant projects examples (highways, airports), the participants will discover how to deploy a collaborative standardization on the AutoCAD Civil 3D software platform. The participants will also learn how to manage standardization for multidisciplinary applications such as roads, bridges, airports, and so on. In addition they will learn how to manage AutoCAD Civil 3D software to integrate different requirements such as a company’s own production rules, local or international design standards, and customer requirements—such as personalized outputs. This session features AutoCAD Civil 3D.
