A founding member of the Lean Construction Institute, Skanska has applied lean approaches in many construction sectors focused on helping clients realize their visions. At the project level and specific to pull planning, Skanska continues to evolve from executing pull plans to fully implementing the Last Planner System. The intent of this session is to share some better practices for managing pull plans, and also to demonstrate how the firm is using BIM 360 Plan software to do so.
