InfraWorks 360 for Smarter Cities

InfraWorks 360 software has tremendous potential for planners and architects. In this era of big open data and the integration of the Internet of Things with the built environment, municipal governments must find new ways to use this growing wealth of information to improve civic engagement, promote economic development and entrepreneurship, and make data-driven decisions. From this perspective, InfraWorks 360 software can not only create a unified platform for all of this data, but also visualize it in 3D, combining all your Revit (RVT) files into a single model, rendering in real time, and running various analyses. This class will use real-world examples to look at all of the features around district planning, transportation infrastructure projects, and airports. We will also walk through how to create and test the impact of various design scenarios and then share those with project stakeholders. Note that we will not be doing any roadway or bridge design in this session. This session features InfraWorks 360 and 3ds Max. AIA Approved
